Annie grew up in Newburyport, MA and graduated from Newburyport High. She then went on to pursue her education at UMASS Amherst, where she studied Fashion Marketing.
At the age of 20 she moved to The Florida Keys and continued her studies in business and accounting. 

She worked as a bartender and immersed herself in network marketing, where she built successful businesses in various companies.  She stayed in The Florida Keys for 8 years and then moved back up north and settled in NH.

For the next 25 years, she dedicated herself to marketing products, training others, and achieving top-tier success in the network marketing industry.  When her network marketing chapter closed in 2004, she transitioned into real estate investing, focusing on college rentals, flips and short sales.  She has been running the New England REIA helping to train investors since 2004.  

Over the years, she honed her skills and expertise, and obtained her real estate license in 2017 and started helping others buy and sell homes.

Today, she's grateful to be helping homeowners in Massachusetts and New Hampshire seamlessly transition from one home to the next.  For Annie, honesty, integrity, and compassion are non-negotiable values that she brings to all aspects of her life.

Outside of work, she is deeply passionate about animal welfare and regularly contributes to her local animal shelter.  She hs recently picked up horse back riding.  Her pure white German shepherd, named Missy, holds a special place in her heart, bringing immense joy and companionship into her life. Joshua Jimenez is a Realtor with the heart of a lion. Nothing brings him more joy than turning homeownership dreams into reality.  Joshua graduated from Framingham State University with a degree in Computer Science and a concentration in Information Systems. To further his career in real estate, he attended Freedom Trail Realty School for Real Estate Salesperson Education and joined Team ENER-G.

Originally from Western Massachusetts, he has been residing in Eastern Mass since completing his college education in 2019.  His professional journey began at the Hampden County Sheriff’s Department as a Summer Maintenance Officer, where he worked closely with a dedicated maintenance team.
